We’re Moving!
Came up to my sis-in-law’s house this weekend to babysit her 3 year old while she and her husband went out of town for a romantic weekend. We also came up to look at a house, which we were told by my sis-in-law is nice. We were excited to see the house, which is nice, and after talking to the ladies renting it, thought there was a good chance we’d get it…until they told us there was 2 other people interested in it, and they had to decide who to give it to. We lost hope a bit because we didn’t know how well we fared aginst these other 2. I started looking for other prospective rentals online and ‘J’ called a few. A bit later we got a phone call from one of the ladies renting the house we wanted…and they chose us! So we have a house now! Woohoo! 
On Monday we go back to the apartment…and we’re gonna put in our 30-day notice and start packing. Our plan is to be out of the apartment by next Monday. I’m so excited! We’ve been living in the apartment for 8 and a half years and I so want a house…and now we’re finally getting into one! It’s gonna be a busy couple of weeks as we pack, move, and unpack…but I can’t wait.
